Yummy Recipe

I made a yummy recipe tonight.  It says it is supposed to be 2 servings.  But I divided it into 4 servings and I would add some salt because I used red pepper flakes rather than chili powder.

Thai Ground Beef

Ingredients

1 lb extra lean

(96%) ground beef

1/3 head cabbage,

shredded (about 3 cups)

1 carrot, sliced

1 medium green pepper,

cut into 1-inch cubes

1 small onion, cut into

1-inch cubes

2 tbsp peanut sauce

Salt, pepper, and chili

powder, to taste

Prep Time – 20 minutes

Difficulty Level – Easy

Instructions

Fry the ground beef in a large nonstick skillet coated

with olive oil cooking spray over medium-high heat

for about 5 minutes, until browned. Add the

cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and onion and

continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring

frequently. After the vegetables have browned, add

the peanut sauce and spices. Serve warm.
