I read this today and thought I would share it with you because I have gone through my budget with a fine tooth comb figuring out what kind of things I can cut back on so that I don't have to cut back on my nutrition or my exercise. You know I had to miss boot camp today because I was waiting to meet an electrician and he didn't show up it makes me so mad when I have to give up boot camp because it is one of the main reasons I have fitness and fat loss success. Anyhow here is what Dr. Bryan Walsh had to say. Want to see more of him try www.fatisnotyourfault.com
"In our uncertain economic times, one thing that is for certain – if you don’t have your health, you don’t have much. Healthy people withstand infection, deal with stress, make more money, miss less days at work and are more productive members of society than their unhealthy counterparts.
You owe it to yourself and to your family to be as healthy as possible.
So with all the talk of a Bailout, don’t bailout on your health. If you want to save money, skimp in other less important areas first. "
“To keep the body in good health is a duty...
otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear."

I agree with this because I want to live a long life but not a life of being unhealthy, fat, uncomfortable and in pain. I want to live a long life with a body that I love to look at, in a body that I love to be in, with lots of energy so I can feel young even when I am not. I am holding on to that vision.
I want that for you to.
I have got 4 people's goals now, thank you Carrie, Leah, Sarah & Sarah. Who else is gonn get on the results wagon?????
