I'll Start Tomorrow...

"I'll start tomorrow..."

The reason why so many of us say ‘I will start tomorrow’ is because we are caught up in the "all or nothing" mindset....we think everything must be in place to start. And if we woke up and had a bad breakfast we should just forget about the rest of the day. That's crazy.   We get 'do-over's' all day long.


This is the very reason why "tomorrow never comes".

It is best to face the fact that life is full of obstacles and we have to do the best we can with what we have.

Today try this,

·         If you haven’t started journaling yet, just write down what you ate.  No need for times yet or calories.  Just write the food down.

·         If you have started journaling, refine your journal, just a little bit today. Be specific with the times and the numbers.

·         Or if your journal is sparkling refine the nutrition are there a couple of meals you can add some extra calories or extra protein to?

·         Make a commitment  to do something that will give you results

What really matters today is that you decided to do something and you stuck to that one thing, today.  Committ and follow through.  It feels so great at the end of the day when you promise yourself something and actually do it.  (We promise other people stuff all day long and practically break our neck trying to make sure it happens)

It's a Fact: Long term results come from the small changes we make on a consisten daily basis.

What is one small change you can make Today...as soon as you finish reading this post?

Why wait until tomorrow, there is still time left today to make one small improvement.
