I got so many emails yesterday and throughout the last couple of weeks from all of you letting me know that the blog and the journals are having a positive impact. That is so great to hear.
It is encouraging to me to know that I am encouraging you and it is a lovely cycle.
For some of you that have been doing boot camp for a few months (or longer) it is that cycle that keeps us coming back for more and helps us achieve better results than we ever got doing it on our own. Our group encourages us and we are encouragers and sometimes that may be calling out 'come on you can do it' on the relay run and sometimes it can be as subtle as seeing familiar faces at camp that are there for same reason you are -- it is a quiet bond that we all share.
So thank you for encouraging me to write and in turn encourage you and thanks for showing up everyday and encouraging each other. In A.A. they say 'keep coming back it works if you work it!' That's true here as well. And why I know what they say in A.A., well that is another blog
