Well it hit us like a ton of bricks this morning! Even though we went and got school clothes, got haircuts and we went to bed early last night the first day of school came way to soon.
Our youngest daughter Mia started Kindergarten this morning
For 5 years I have been waiting for everyone to be in school and it got here and I had to hold the tears back. What makes it even worse is she totally didn't even care, she marched right into the class room and sat down just like she had been there for weeks. So you know what I noticed........all day long I have wanted to comfort myself with food, I have really noticed today that nothing in my refrigerator sounds good, but ice cream does and so does french fries. Food can be a good friend or a bad friend depending on how you use it!
Anyhow we, have two at Northwood, one at Silverado and I have to pick up my nephew everyday at Redwood. So I pick up at 12:00, 2:30, 3:00 and I have to be at 2 places at once at 3:00 pm. Journaling will get challenging but I will conquer!
Towards the end of the week we will have a guest blogger and guest journal. Some of you know Michelle Johnson from our 9 am class and have witnessed the disappearance of her body over the past year. She has been doing boot camp 5 days per week since August 2007 and along with boot camp, following our nutrition recommendations and Isagenix she has lost 65 pounds! She is an inspiration to all of us and she will share some guidance and her journal later this week -- so look for that.
